**Managing an eMAG account is not one job, it is a dozen recurring ones.** Catalogue, pricing, stock, campaigns, reviews, returns and account health - each of them can stall your sales on its own. We take them over in full or in part, depending on what you already have covered in-house.

## Ongoing management instead of one-off advice
- Running an eMAG account means systematically watching a dozen things at once: whether listings are live and correctly described, whether prices still hold a margin after commission and currency conversion, whether stock matches the warehouse, whether campaigns are burning budget, and whether account metrics are drifting towards the threshold where the platform starts limiting visibility.
- We have been doing this for five years across nine European markets - 210 seller accounts have passed through our hands. That experience comes down to one practical thing: we know the order in which the work has to be done so that an account starts selling before patience and budget run out.
- We work on your account, your data and your pricing decisions - we know where in the seller panel to look when sales start dropping.

## What we actually do on the account
We take the whole thing or single areas - and in each of them we can work alongside your own team.

### [Catalogue and listings](/en/emag/emag-product-listing/)
Creating and cleaning up listings, descriptions built for platform requirements, attributes, images, variants and fixing the validation errors that block publication.

### [eMAG Ads campaigns](/en/emag/emag-ads-campaigns/)
Running campaigns and keeping cost of sale under control: structure, bids, exclusions and budget spread across the seasonality of your category.

### [Account health](/en/emag/emag-account-audit/)
Metrics, dispatch times, returns, customer questions and reviews - the area that most often quietly reduces the visibility of your offers.

### [Pricing and profitability](/en/emag-profitability-calculator/)
Margin control after commission, logistics and currency conversion; a measured response to competitors instead of blindly cutting the price.

### [Assortment decisions](/en/emag/emag-market-analysis/)
Before we publish hundreds of listings, we check which categories have room for your goods and at which price points.

### [Integration and automation](/en/oms-automation-and-optimization/)
Connecting eMAG to your system, synchronising stock and prices, and scripts that close the gaps where the process keeps jamming.

## Four steps from takeover to routine

### 01. Review of the current state
We start with what is already there: listings, metrics, campaigns, margin. The output is a list of fixes ordered by impact on sales, not by how easy they are.

### 02. Fixing the basics
First whatever is blocking: validation errors, gaps in product cards, prices with no margin, unanswered customer questions. Without that, advertising only accelerates the losses.

### 03. Growth
Only on a tidy account do we switch on catalogue expansion and campaigns - with a budget matched to category seasonality and to what the account can actually handle.

### 04. Routine and reporting
A steady rhythm of work plus a report that says what changed and why. Without the report, account management turns into an invoice with nothing behind it.

## When our management makes sense
- You have the goods and want to enter eMAG, but nobody in the company has time to run it day to day.
- The account is live, sales have stalled, and it is unclear whether prices, listings or account metrics are to blame.
- You list hundreds or thousands of SKUs and manual updating has stopped adding up.
- You are considering another eMAG market (Hungary, Bulgaria) or Trendyol in parallel and want it done properly the first time.
- You are not looking for a task-taker but for someone who owns the result and says plainly when something is not worth doing.

## Ongoing management, audit or consulting
- Ongoing management
- Audit and consulting
- **label**: What you get
- **a**: Work done on the account
- **b**: A diagnosis and recommendations to implement yourself
- **label**: Duration
- **a**: Continuous cooperation
- **b**: One-off
- **label**: Who does the work
- **a**: We do, on your account
- **b**: Your team, with our guidance
- **label**: When it is better
- **a**: No spare hands or no platform experience
- **b**: You have a team but lack direction or a second pair of eyes
An audit is often a good start for ongoing cooperation too - we begin there when an account has history and we need to understand what happened on it. See [eMAG account audit](/en/emag/emag-account-audit/) and [consulting](/en/emag/emag-marketplace-consulting/).

## Three pricing models

### Retainer
A fixed monthly fee for an agreed scope. Predictable cost, a good fit when entering a market and when sales are stable.

### Success fee
Compensation tied to results. It makes sense when sales already exist and there is something to scale - we share the risk with you.

### Hybrid model
A lower fixed fee plus a share of the result. The most frequently chosen one, because it covers the cost of work and ties our interest to yours.
Scope and rates are agreed after a conversation about your account - ranges for all services are in our [pricing](/en/pricing/).
