One of the accounts we manage - a recognisable brand - consistently reaches 600-700 thousand RON in monthly turnover on eMAG in Romania, with an average order value of 120-150 RON. Hungary and Bulgaria are separate results, not included in this figure. We also run Trendyol and Fashion Days for the same brand.

Catalogue and product pages
Three projects where we worked on product pages, catalogue order and variant families.
An eMAG catalogue put in order and new product pages for over 150 listings
A Romanian lingerie and loungewear brand has been selling on eMAG for years, but its product pages were text without graphics, without size charts and with some listings retired. In three weeks we cleaned up the account technically and built a single graphic description template for all lingerie, robes, pyjamas and hoodies.
- 156 listings with a new product page
- 41 models in a single graphic template
- 0 validation errors after the work was completed (from 16 at the start)
Premium A+ product page for the Romanian market
A product page we prepared for Major & Maker - a manufacturer of smart toilets with a bidet function - to sell on eMAG. Full localisation into Romanian plus sections on benefits, technology, specifications and certificates, at a standard that sets the listing apart from dry manufacturer copy.
- 100% custom A+ a made-to-measure design
- 12+ A+ sections in a single product page
- RO localisation native language of the market
Graphic descriptions by product type and 188 variant families for a brand with over 9,000 listings
A Romanian brand of professional nail products sells over 9,000 listings on eMAG, but the pages were plain text and almost no colour was linked into a variant family. In two weeks we built three graphic templates, described 28 products with them and linked 188 variant families across 810 listings.
- 28 products with a new graphic page in three templates
- 188 variant families 810 listings linked on eMAG
- 68 characteristics new values, each backed by the source

What the numbers mean
Every chart in the case studies is built from the same data and by the same rules.
Source
The client's eMAG ADS panel: orders attributed to campaigns, cost, order value, clicks and impressions. This is not the account's total turnover - only the sales the ads brought in.
Timeline
M1 is the first month of measurement for a given account, and the following months run in order. We do not give calendar dates - seasonality is described in words.
Reference month
ROAS, ACOS, average order value and order value come from the last month of the series, so that all indicators describe the same period.
ACOS before ROAS
ACOS is campaign cost divided by order value - the metric you see in the eMAG ADS panel every day. We put it first because it says directly what share of sales goes to advertising. ROAS is the same relationship turned around.
Rounding
All the figures shown are based on real values. Statistical data is rounded for anonymisation.
Estimated account turnover
Sales from eMAG ADS usually account for 30-50 % of an account's sales. We give account turnover as a range: order value from campaigns divided by 0.5 and by 0.3. The data is real; this is a feature of anonymisation.
Scale and markets
We group accounts into three sizes: small (up to 100 campaign orders a month), medium (100-500) and large (over 500). The best month of the series decides. If an account sells on several eMAG markets - Romania, Hungary or Bulgaria - the chart adds up orders from all of them, and we show each market's share separately.
Campaigns and catalogue
In every case study we worked on the catalogue alongside the campaigns: product pages, content and the structure of the offer. The result cannot honestly be split into "the advertising part" and "the content part", so we do not try - the numbers show the effect of both.
